This position will enhance the existing ALU RF engineers to provide RNC and alarm audits and other performance investigation.

- RCA for bad performing RNCs and provide short & long term recommendations
- AQD,RQD, DCR Top CQI Offender focus
- GPEH Analysis or UEH Exception for Deep dive Iur Link review
- Default HoType optimization per carrier over Iur
- Possible RF Shaping across Iur link
- LAU for sites across Iur borders
- Target worst offenders by Speech Drops across IuR
- Link and overall impact to RNC total drops
- Capacity Review and recommendation (RNC, Iub growth, Carrier growth, ETTC Migration for chronic T1 Offenders)
