Key Requirements
- Responsible for product launch planning including communication to field and training coordination and delivery
- Provide post-launch support to sales and any other impacted process actors
- Provide post-launch support to any questions or problems that may arise
- Troubleshoot gaps and develop mitigation plans for any deficiencies or defects found in launched capabilities including systems and processes
- Need excellent interpersonal skills
