Length of Contract: 3 months (to start)

W2 Rate (all inclusive): $15.89 – $17.61/hr

Requirements:

The Project Administrator supports customer project managers in managing the financial aspects of the project in areas such as planned costs, invoicing and billing milestones from Planning to Closure.

  • Assist Project Manager with SRM workflow in support of civils projects (request/review/approve bids, confirmations & change requests).
  • Assist Project Team with the review and submission of Close Out Documentation to Client and then into their System.
  • Assist Project Team with the review and tracking of GC OOM’s for the individual sites to ensure scope of work matches OOM submitted.
  • Assist Project Team with submitting Client’s OOM’s to dimensioning for formal quote preparation and the review of completed quotes for accuracy.
  • Assist Project Team with the tracking of True Up Quotes submitted to Client to help ensure that PO line additions that have been requested are received in a timely manner and that they are booked to the appropriate Projects.
  • Assist Project Team with the creation of Customer Driven Reports for use in daily meetings.
  • Assist in the daily updating of Site Handler milestones for the various Civils’ Projects
  • Assist Project Team with storing documentation in Site Handler
  • Assist Project team with the review and tracking of vendor change orders
  • Assist Project Manager with closure activities of project through customer acceptance
  • Assist Project Team with equipment deliveries and project deliveries including ERF reporting/post processing.
  • Assist Project Team with creating CTS trouble tickets in AT&T systems for scheduled work
  • Assist Project Team with CASPR reporting/post processing.
  • Assist Project Team with obtaining/maintaining AT&T contractor ID badges (for building and site access)
  • Weekly reports to the Program Management.

  • Microsoft Windows, Excel and MS Word, Microsoft Project
  • Related experience in project administration, or a related functional area in a communication systems company
  • Possess basic understanding of project methods and processes
  • Possess good project tool skills
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have a valid work permit/visa for the duration of the project.
  • Can read, write and speak fluent English
  • Dress in accordance with Dress Code
  • Can work flexible hours
  • Education – High School or Equivalency. Two year business degree preferred.
