W2 Rate (all inclusive): $41.88 – $46.39/hr

Key Requirements
- Provide on-site consultative support to the customer
- Collecting all information related to RNDCIQ development from Client and other partner
- Generating the RNDCIQ in a timely manner
- Working with off-shore engineers when additional bandwidth is required
- Good RF skills, in understanding neighbors, sectors, cell configurations
- Understanding of RF components (duplexor, diplexor, TMA, RET, etc)
- Excellent skills in databasing (macros, Excel, lookup tables)
- Able to work accurately, and make minimal mistakes (critical!)
- Able to follow direction
- Engineer must have good communication skills
- Good understanding in MS Office, Excel and drawing
- Previous RFDS (cell plumbing diagram) experience is beneficial
