Key Requirements
- Technical Matter Expert on Billing with strong lead capabilities able to guide large volumes of verification engineers.
- Finance (mapping to classic architecture would be BSCS GL, Accounting Center, TA Taxation, PIHS)
- Billing process (mapping to classic architecture would be BSCS BCH, BGH, RLH)
- Bill presentment (StreamServe OpenText Background)
- Taxation (ideally someone with Vertex knowledge)
- Billing promotion Payment (knowledge of Payment interface PIH etc)
- Resources administration: RA module For delivery of MVNO: We need BSCS iX R3 or R4 SA/SI skills: Knowledge of Rating Chain of BSCS (PRIH, RIH, RLH, PX)
- Knowledge of Billing Chain of BSCS (MI, BCH, BGH, Free Units and Price Plan)
- Knowledge of wholesale billing: Interconnect, MVNE, roaming, Partner Management
- Resources administration: RA module for SIM card / IMSI
- Mediation: EMM8 for interfacing with MVNO retail
- Billing system Knowledge of BSCS APIs for customer care: SOI and webservice
